Does Epomaker offer a warranty on mechanical keyboards?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our keyboards and DIY kits. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by user modification or accidental drops.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
